All orders placed using a credit card will be processed within 5 business days. Shipments within Canada will be sent via Canada Post, and delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that personalized items can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. For international orders, shipments will be delivered via UPS. Please note that any duty and taxes are the customers’ responsibility and The Goodie Bar is not responsible for any items held at customs. Returns If your items are broken or damaged in any way upon delivery, we will replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces once they are sent back to us within 10 days of delivery to you.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund. Orders must be returned within 10 days of delivery to you, and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs. We do not accept returns on personalized items and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.
